We are holding our Fall IVI Meeting from Wed., Oct. 13 to Friday, Oct. 15, 2010. This meeting is hosted by The MathWorks, which has generously offered to hold the meeting at their facility. They have also assisted in securing a high quality hotel nearby in Natick, the Crowne Plaza Hotel for sleeping rooms at a very low price ($119/night) for Boston in this very popular season. I suggest you make your reservations as soon as possible before the room block fills up.

Reservations will be accepted until Friday, September 10, 2010 . After this date, the unused portion of the block of rooms will be released back into general inventory. Any additional reservation request(s) received after this date will be subject to room and rate availability.

Details on Logan Express (from Rob):
"Logan Express stops at all the terminals at Logan at the baggage claim level (downstairs) about every 30 minutes. You want the Red Logan Express bus to Framingham. You don't have to prepay, they will take your money at the end of the trip. $12 one way, $22 round trip. Just get on. If the bus isn't super full, they will call the hotel for you, and the hotel shuttle should be at the depot to meet you. Otherwise, it's only 5 minutes away when you get there."

From Logan International Airport
- Follow signs to the Massachusetts Turnpike/I90 West, Ted Williams Tunnel
- Take the Massachusetts Turnpike (I-90 to exit 13 (Route 30 Framinham/Natick))
- Bear right after toll booth
- At second traffic light turn left
- Follow signs to Route 9 East
- Hotel will be on the right on Route 9 eastbound
